This one, my friends, I see as a tough riddle. Not impossible though.

Time ago.
Gemstone
Eat diamond.
Horse stop work.
Lion stop hunt.
Cat stop play.
Man start pray.

#1 Daisy on 02.14.08 at 11:02 pm: Okay, this might be a silly guess, but I am going for lava. From a volcano! I think the lava would cover up the diamond, and cause all the animals to stop what they are doing.
