Wow, the word “Enlightenment” flashed through my mind when I finished reading your riddle.
Why so?
Seek, and You Will Find
Enlightenment, once sincerely sought out, can be found.
You cannot see me, but you want me.
One cannot “see” Enlightenment since it is an abstract thingie. I do not know about others, but I definitely want Enlightenment!
Look for me no more, for I am inside you.
This is very true for Enlightenment.
When you realize this, you have found me.
Again, this is totally true for Enlightenment.

I was first thinking the answer might be Love or something like this, but now I am sticking to this “I am inside you. When you realize this, you have found me.
So basically something that everyone can achieve by realizing that you already have it.
So now I am thinking the answer might be Happiness or Peace of mind
