The character is gathering herbs in Ashenvale. He comes across a druid and a shaman doing the quests "Elune's Tear;" they need to find Iris Lake, which is green, and get an Elune's Tear from there to save Relara. He knows where it is so he is leading them there. Not sure about the fox. O.o Hrm…

You, along with three friends - Ironfur Bear, White Wolf and Ghost Mushroom are heading towards the ghost three, with the Ghost Mushroom leading the way. Wohoo! Gah! Open riddle! This sounds quite impossible but here is my attempt:
